Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By enrolling in any Aevy program, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Refund requests are accepted only within the first two (2) live sessions of the cohort. Once this window closes, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances regardless of reason.
To request a refund within the eligible window:
- Send an email to info@aevytv.com with your full name, enrollment details, and reason for the request. This email is required and constitutes your formal refund request.
- You may additionally raise a support ticket on the community Discord to notify the team, but this does not substitute for the email.
- Refund requests submitted only via DM, support ticket, or any other channel without the corresponding email to info@aevytv.com will not be processed.
Approved refunds are processed within 15–25 business days to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No refund will be issued in any of the following circumstances:
- After the two-session window: The refund window has closed, regardless of reason.
- Removal for misconduct: Students removed from the program due to violations of the Code of Conduct, Community Rules, or any provision of the Terms & Conditions are not eligible for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with pace or content: A change in personal circumstances, difficulty with the workload, or subjective dissatisfaction with course content does not constitute grounds for a refund outside the eligible window.
- Non-completion: Failure to complete assignments, attend sessions, or achieve placement eligibility does not entitle you to a refund.
- Force Majeure: Disruptions caused by events beyond Aevy's reasonable control (natural disasters, platform outages, government orders, etc.) do not trigger refund entitlement.
If you are unable to continue in your enrolled cohort, you may request a transfer to a future cohort within the first month of the program only.
Transfer requests are not automatically approved. They are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted only for genuine, documented circumstances, at the sole discretion of Aevy management. A transfer request does not guarantee approval.
To request a transfer, email info@aevytv.com with your enrollment details and the reason for your request.
The program gives you training, mentorship, and placement support. Whether you get a job depends on how much you put in. You cannot claim a refund because expected career outcomes were not achieved.
